Uday Jaswal- Sexual harassment allegations against Ottawa deputy chief

According to a report in the Toronto Sun, A female Ottawa police civilian employee is accusing the force’s deputy chief of sexual harassment.

According to human rights complaint, Deputy Chief Uday Jaswal is accused of sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances and sabotaging her attempts to become a police officer.

The complainant alleged that the series of incidents happened in 2015 when Jaswal was a superintendent.

No criminal charges are registered against Jaswal and the allegations have not been proven.
