Thomas Lees: a Toronto music instructor was arrested

Global News reported that Thomas Lees a 29-year-old man has been charged with sexual offences involving a young person following an investigation that began at the end of August, Temiskaming OPP says.
According to police, the allegations concerned telecommunications in Armstrong, Ontario, from 2017 to 2018.
Thomas Lees, from Toronto, was charged with
- Luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication
- Luring a person under 18 years of age by means of telecommunication
- Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age
- Sexual exploitation
- Transmit sexually explicit material to a person under 16 years of age
- Transmit sexually explicit material to a person under 18 years of age
- Access any child pornography
Temiskaming OPP Const. Alexandra Jackson told the media that Lees is a British national, who came to Canada as an adult. His previous home address was in London, England, and his present one is in Toronto, Ontario.
According to Jackson, Lees is now obligated to stay in Ontario as a result of the court hearings.
The suspect was released on bail while under house arrest and will appear in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on October 1 in Temiskaming Shores.
