Sudbury track coach David Case and his former star sprinter Celine Loyer found guilty of sexual assault

CBC News reported that former Sudbury track coach and his former sprinter have been found guilty of sexually assaulting a local woman.
The alleged incident supposed to happen at David Case house in Sudbury on the evening of 22 Jue, 2011. The complainant was 19 years old at that time. The victim testified that David  Case drugged her before sexual assault, because of which have no clear recollection of the incident.

Both Loyer, 30 and Case, 57, were not taken in custody today. Case is scheduled to face a verdict on March 13 in Sudbury court.
