Kelvin Cheuk-Ho Lee: Ontario Hockey coach charged

Toronto CTV News reported that Kelvin Cheuk-Ho Lee, Whitchurch-Stouffville Hockey Coach, has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and four counts of sexual interference – person under 16. York Regional Police arrested Kelvin Cheuk-Ho Lee on Friday. 

The alleged crime was supposed to have occurred during private hockey lessons between 2016 and 2022. The suspect has been working as a hockey coach in the province for many years, according to police. Since 2016, he’s served as camp director at Haliburton Hockey Haven, a hockey training facility in Ontario.

York Regional Police said that Mr. Lee is also a teacher with the York Region District School Board, where he coaches sports and teaches physical education. He was also a part-time tennis instructor at the Markham Tennis Club.

Investigators are concerned there could be other victims and urging them to come forward.
