Bentley Rattray: Brampton high school teacher charged

Peel regional police have charged Bentley Rattray, a Brampton high school teacher, with sexual assault and sexual interference.

In a release, police said that Bentley Rattray, 49, of Toronto, was arrested on Thursday and charged with 2 counts of sexual assaults and 2 counts of sexual interference. 

Police say that the charges originate from incidents that allegedly took place between November 2019 and October 2020, at a high school in the City of Brampton. Police said Bentley Rattray was employed as a teacher at the high school. 

Investigators are appealing for anyone with information or anyone else that believes they have been a victim, to contact officers from the Special Victims Unit at 905-453-3311, extension 3460.
